Chicken Breast
Sweet Potato
Peppers
Mushroom
BBQ Sauce
Onion
Broccoli

Salt/Pep
Steps
- Cut chicken into strips, coat with a tbsp oil, season with salt and pepper
- In batches, add chicken to hot grill pan turning once, until mostly cooked
- Coat chicken in BBQ sauce and cook until chicken is finished and BBQ has caramelized.
- Chop roasting vegetables and coat with oil, salt/pep. Add any other desired seasoning. I cook the sweet potatoes separately, they take a little longer.
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment and roast in oven at 425 to desired doneness
