Too Faced Born This Way Turn Up The Light Complexion-Enhancing Highlighting Palette

Brand new to the Too Faced Born this Way collection are the Turn Up The Light Complexion-Enhancing Highlighting Palette .. a little bit of a mouthful but they look super pretty! I've really enjoyed the majority of The Born this Way collection so I had high hopes for these. You can see these palettes in action in my recent Instagram tutorial

Too Faced Born this Way Highlighter Palette
The Too Faced Born This Way Highlighting Palette retails for $42 USD/$55CAD at Sephora. Delightfully, it comes in 4 different shades which I really, really appreciate. Most face palettes only come in one shade and that is kinda useless, that being said - this is really only a highlighting palette so that is more common to see a bit of a better shade range. Each palette contains 3 different textures in similar shades, there's a glow, soft focus and a dazzle. For me, I'll probably only use the glow and soft focus, dazzle has glitter which is not for me. They are dry feeling powders but they still show up nicely on the skin. If you tend to avoid things that have too much glitter, or want to avoid highlighting your texture the glow and soft focus are pretty forgiving, could always use dazzle on the eyes!
Too Faced Born this Way Highlighter Palette Fair
Too Faced Born this Way Highlighter Palette Medium
Too Faced Born this Way Highlighter Palette Tan
Too Faced Born this Way Highlighter Palette Deep
Overall, I think these are nice palettes and I'm glad to see a more inclusive shade range. If you tend to not reach for face palettes like more or don't see yourself using all the shades you may be better off picking up a single highlighter.

Make Up For Ever Reboot Foundation Swatches and Comparison

Make Up For Ever Reboot Foundation Y412
The Make Up For Ever Reboot Foundation is their latest launch, and I was super excited to try! I'm a huge fan of their foundations so I had high hopes. You can see my full Make Up For Ever Reviews Playlist for more. I've also done a full review and wear test of this foundation on my YouTube channel
Make Up For Ever Reboot Foundation Swatches and Comparisons
The Make Up For Ever Reboot Foundation retails for $39 USD/$51 CAD at Sephora. It claims to have light coverage, a satin finish and is recommended for normal to dry skin. It comes in 28 shades, which according to Make Up For Ever standards is a little low - the original HD haas 55 shades! That being said, because it's a light coverage and lets your skin show through, one shade will match more people than a foundation that has higher coverage. I wear the shade Y412 which is a pretty great match, it's the kind of neutral but somehow golden peachy I like.

Bite Beauty Changemaker Foundation Swatches and Comparisons!

Bite Beauty Changemaker Foundation
Bite Beauty Changemaker Supercharged Micellar Foundation is Bite Beauty's first foray into coloured complexion products and as a Bite fan I was super excited to try. You can see my review review and wear test in my Bite Beauty Foundation Review on my YouTube channel. I test the Bite Beauty Primer and Bite Beauty Powder too!
Bite Beauty Foundation T100 & T105
The Bite Beauty Foundation retails for $39.50 USD/ $50 CAD on Sephora that contains 1fl oz of product. It's a part of the "Clean at Sephora" program and is vegan, cruelty free, and gluten free. It comes in 32 shades with a pretty even split between lighter and deeper shades. I've been wearing the Bite Beauty Foundation in T100 which I feel is a pretty good match.
Bite Beauty Foundation Swatches and Shade Comparisons
The Bite Foundation claims to be medium coverage, natural finish and to give a flawless finish. The "micellar technology" claim for me feels a little odd, or at least unexplained as most of us associate that with makeup removal. More on that in the mentioned YouTube review. Either way I hope you find these swatches helpful, there's little difference between T100 and T105 (this is a good thing). T105 is a little more yellow and the T100 is slightly more neutral which tends to be my preference!

Covergirl Skin Milk Foundation Swatches and Comparisons!

Covergirl Clean Fresh Skin Milk Foundation Rich 600
New! The Covergirl Clean Fresh Skin Milk Foundation, I've always been a huge fan of Covergirl foundations so I was super excited to try this. You can see the full demo and review on my YouTube channel. If you haven't seen it at the drugstore yet, especially in Canada keep your eyes peeled it's coming. Also available online.
Covergirl Skin Milk Foundation Rich
The Covergirl Skin Milk Foundation claims to be light coverage, with a dewy finish but for all skin types. It contains coconut milk and aloe extract to help hydrate and nourish the skin. Interestingly, it's also a vegan formula that contains no mineral oil, sulfates or phthalates! There's 14 total shades, I'd always appreciate a bigger range but because it's lighter coverage you can have some more flexibility between shades as it lets your natural skin show through. Depending on where you pick it up, it's about $10.99 CAD/ $11.00 USD for 1fl oz of product.
Covergirl Skin Milk Swatches and Shade Comparisons
I wear the shade Covergirl Skin Milk in Rich, I was a classic tan gal in their older formulas but a lot of the new formulas have different naming conventions. I wish they'd stick to all the same because it makes it easier to move from formula to formula.
